The architecture of the vertiport is designed to support ground operations for the next generation of air mobility. - A decentralized FATO to reduce DWOW effects.
- Capacity of simultaneous ground operations.
- A dedicated charging station.
- A layout draw to maintain a clear and safe separation between ramp and vertiport.

Block 19 is a modern facility dedicated to light aircraft maintenance, reflecting the clean, straight-line architectural style of the adjacent FBO. Particular attention is given to mitigating the risks associated with lithium-ion battery fires, a critical consideration for future eVTOL operations.
